Refund Policy

Introduction

This document describes how refund requests are reviewed for paid reference packages and methodological supplements when such offers are explicitly marked as paid on isobathymer.info. Free pages accessed without payment do not create a monetary obligation and are not subject to refund.

Scope

This policy applies to transactions completed through forms marked as paid with email confirmation. It does not govern relationships with insurers and does not replace insurer rules on premiums or recalculations related to hail or weather-damage claims.

Definitions

• Paid package: a digital set of materials for which a fixed fee is charged before payment.
• User: a person who completed payment and received confirmation.
• Refund request: a written inquiry with payment details and reason for declining use of the package.

Refund Conditions

Requests may be submitted within 14 calendar days of payment confirmation if the package was downloaded fewer than two times and not transferred to third parties. Technical delivery failures confirmed by support may also be grounds for recalculation or refund at editorial discretion.

Procedure

2. Attach receipt and brief description.
3. Decision communicated within ten business days.

Limitations

Refunds are not issued for third-party consultations paid directly to other parties, or if materials were fully downloaded and content review was confirmed. Payment processor fees may be withheld according to bank rules.
